1. General
These terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between ProGadget and its customers. By placing an order on https://progadget.se/, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
ProGadget reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by unilateral decision and without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering, which are available at https://progadget.se/. Any changes required by law will take effect immediately, unless the applicable legislation specifies otherwise.
When placing an order, the customer is required to provide accurate and complete contact information, including at minimum:
- Full legal name
- Delivery address
- Active telephone number
- Valid email address
2. Product Condition
New products
New products are sold sealed or in original manufacturer packaging and have not been previously used. These products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Secondhand products
ProGadget strives to offer high-quality secondhand phones. As these items have been previously used, minor cosmetic signs of wear — such as light scratches or scuffs — may be present. Each product listing includes a detailed written description of its condition, accompanied by photographs, so that you can make a fully informed purchase decision.
Secondhand products are graded according to the following condition scale:
- Excellent – Minimal to no signs of use. Fully functional.
- Good – Light cosmetic wear. Fully functional.
- Fair – Visible signs of use. Fully functional.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the product description and condition grade before completing their purchase.
3. Payment
ProGadget accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
- Klarna (buy now, pay later options subject to Klarna’s own terms)
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched. In the event of a failed or declined payment, the order will be cancelled.
4. Warranty and Returns
Return window
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you must contact ProGadget within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns initiated outside this window may not be accepted.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
- For iPhones and other Apple devices: the Find My iPhone / Activation Lock feature must be fully disabled before the return is processed.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly described.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions, ProGadget will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 5 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Manufacturer warranty
Where applicable, new products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The terms of any such warranty are defined solely by the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for familiarising themselves with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions before taking the product into use.
5. Liability
All products and services are sold as described. ProGadget’s liability is in all cases limited to the content of these terms and conditions, and shall not exceed a refund of the original purchase price.
ProGadget is not liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from the customer’s failure to secure their own account credentials, Apple ID, passwords, or personal data.
- Forgotten or lost Apple IDs or passwords.
- Any inability to provide original purchase receipts from a previous owner of a secondhand device.
- Indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
The customer is strictly prohibited from using another person’s Apple ID, account, or password without the express permission of the account holder. Any loss or damage resulting from a breach of this obligation is the sole responsibility of the customer.
